Mastering DATEX II

When you are mastering DATEX II, you are able to adapt the model to what you need in your local situation. The content side is mainly aimed towards functional users, whereas the exchange is mainly aimed at developers.

On the content side you learn to adapt the UML model to your local situation by creating (small) extensions of enumerations and/or minor attribute extensions to the UML model. And embedding these extensions within the content model profile. Required skills for this are basic knowledge of information modelling and UML and enterprise architect.

On the exchange side you learn how to apply exchange. By selecting the correct exchange profile, and linking the functional exchange profile to your data profile.

With knowledge of this level at your disposal you are able to create a service specific profile and embed this profile in your selected exchange implementation.
