DATEX II packages addressed by the RRP The types of data on infrastructure

Location of refuelling points and stations for all other fuel types

The reference profile defines the minimum required information to disseminate the geographic location of refuelling stations and refuelling points that provide fuel types other than those already addressed (e.g., gasoline, diesel, biodiesel).

Each station must include at least one refuelling point, capable of refuelling one vehicle at a time. The minimum dataset must include:

The precise location of the infrastructure (including individual refuelling points)

  • Contact details
  • Opening hours
  • Accepted payment methods
  • Permitted vehicle characteristics (e.g. size, weight)
  • The specific type(s) of fuel provided

For larger facilities or those with specific access constraints—such as stations along motorways—entry and exit points should be specified separately to support accurate navigation and accessibility.

DATEX II provides EnergyInfrastructureTablePublication for locations of refuelling points and stations for all other fuel types. More information about the EnergyInfrastructureTablePublication will be provided soon.
